Latvica Sour

– 8 cl Balkia
– 4 cl Lemon juice
– 2 cl Cinnamon syrup
– 2 cl Red wine
– 1/2 Egg white

Put all the ingredients except the red wine in the shaker and shake without ice cubes first (dry shake). Add ice cubes and shake again.

Strain finely and serve over a large ice cube.

Add the red wine by gently pouring it onto the back of a spoon.
